Known issues
This site extensively uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This approach is recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for building more accessible web sites for users with vision impairments.
Due to the use of Cascading Style Sheets some users may experience difficulties printing the report. Below we've outlined the problems experienced and solutions where we can find them.
Netscape Navigator (all version 4) on Windows platform
PROBLEM: When printing, Netscape has a problem with the internal content of a page. Netscape will render the page one word per line resulting in print outs that are almost impossible to read.
SOLUTION:
STEP 1: Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
STEP 2: In the Preferences window at the bottom of the left hand navigation frame select Advanced.
STEP 3: On the right hand frame there should be a checkbox which says 'Enable style sheets'. This checkbox should already be checked. Uncheck it and press OK.
STEP 4: Reload the page.
As you can see, the page has lost the original layout but it will now print correctly.
You can continue to browse the report as it looks now but if you'd prefer the original layout simply go back into the preferences and enable the style sheets again.
