78.                    Limitation on service giving certificates for individual in hardship–13 weeks only

 

78.  An approved child care service providing care to a child may only give a certificate under subsection 76(1) for a reason set out in subparagraph 76(1)(b)(ii) (hardship) if the total period specified in certificates given:

 

(a)
under section 76 by the service (child at risk or hardship); or
(b)
under subsection 76(1) for a reason set out in subparagraph 76(1)(b)(ii) (hardship) by any other approved child care service;

 

in respect of the child in the same financial year does not exceed 13 weeks.
