Commonwealth State Territory Disability Agreement Annual Public Report 2002-03
The third Commonwealth State Territory Disability Agreement requires all governments to contribute to an annual progress report against the Agreement's Implementation Plan.
This report describes the third five year Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement (CSTDA) 2002-2007, and highlights its progress and achievements in 2002-03, the first year of its operation.
It has been commissioned by the National Disability Administrators – the group of government officials charged with the responsibility of implementing the Agreement.
