Commonwealth State Territory Disability Agreement Annual Public Report 2003-04
The third Commonwealth State Territory Disability Agreement requires all governments to contribute to an annual progress report against the Agreement's Implementation Plan.
This report is the second in a series of annual reports advising of the progress and achievements of the Australian, State and Territory Governments under the third Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement (CSTDA), which operates from 2002 to 2007.
It was commissioned by the National Disability Administrators – the group of government officials charged with the responsibility of implementing the Agreement.
