Diagnostic Tool for Business Services
The diagnostic tool for business services is a self-assessment tool designed to be used internally by a business service manager and their Board, in order examine key issues affecting their ability to operate in a reform environment.
The Business Services Review Implementation Group strongly encourages each business service to use the tool to assess where the organisation is at with reforms and help identify areas where assistance might be needed.
