Policy Discussion Paper Series
The Policy Discussion Paper series was intended to facilitate public discussion about general policy issues. Some papers focused on aspects of the social security system that required review in the context of changing social norms. Other papers examined specific policy options as a means of generating public discussion and feedback as part of the policy development process.
