6.1 Administration of Funding Agreement
The funding agreements for the Mental Health Community Based Program are managed by National Office.
6.2 Storage of Funding Agreements
One hard copy of the signed Funding Agreement and Terms and Conditions must be kept stored in a secure place by the Department and the successful service provider.
