Special Issue 10 | 28 September 2005
The 12 September edition of the disability e-news advised that an evaluation of the quality strategy has commenced. We particularly welcome feedback from the disability industry in shaping the outcomes of the evaluation.
You can give us your feedback by questionnaires, focus groups, site visit consultations, telephone questionnaires and interviews. Details of the range of consultations, including dates and venues for focus groups appear in Information Bulletins which are now available on the FaCS website.
The focus groups have been organised in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, as well as the rural locations of Pt Augusta (South Australia) and Horsham (Victoria).
The relevant questionnaires are now also available on the FaCS website. The questionnaires explain how to send them on to the evaluation consultant.
Please note that you can complete a questionnaire by telephone if you prefer. Contact the consultant on Freecall 1800 108 700.
We welcome service providers assisting their consumers to access the Consumer Information Bulletin and Questionnaire.
Future editions of e-news will report on progress of the evaluation.
